At Karmanel, we offer quality conferencing facilities. We are situated in the Northern Suburbs more or less 30 minutes from the Cape Town CBD (depending on traffic). The farm atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable, delegates can enjoy some peace and quiet during breaks and lunch time. Take a walk and say hallo to our Farm Animals.
Karmanel's conference venue can comfortably accommodate up to 50 delegates. The maximum number of delegates is dependent on the required table and seating layout for clients’ conferences.
Karmanel team understands that you want to get as much out of your conference as possible, which is why we make sure to provide you with all you may require. Standard equipment such as a flipchart, white board, and a pull-down screen for data projection are available for hire.
CONFERENCING RATES
FULL DAY (8h00 - 16h00) @ R270pp
HALF DAY with lunch (8h00 - 13h00) @ R220pp
HALF DAY without lunch (8h00 -13h00) @ R100pp
Minimum Fee for Conferencing per day R1200.00
(Paper, Pens, Flipchart Paper, Markers, PA System, Water and Mints are included)
FULL DAY INCLUDES:
- Tea/coffee/juice with rusks on arrival
- Mid-morning tea/coffee/juice served with muffins
- Buffet lunch (served from 12h00 - 13h00)
- Mid-afternoon tea/coffee/juice
- Water and mints on the tables
- Pen and writing pad for each delegate
